Taken at Elizabeth Garage, this view of 9249 immediately after its transfer from Passaic in January 1937 is a good close-up of the 729 in its original color scheme of yellow and cream. Before long the "red wing" emblem had been designed to occupy some of the blank space below the windshield. (Motor Bus Society collection)
