Small Whites and Yellows in the 1400 series were followed in 1938 by the littlest bus of all, this 13-passenger job converted at Newark Shops from a Yellow model O-6 taxicab. It was a novel and interesting idea for minor lines, but it was never duplicated, and the "baby bus" notion languished until the 21-passenger Yellow 733 provided an economical answer several years later.
